Hello my name is Antony and I am the Apprenticeship Transformation Lead at Portsmouth Hospitals. A little bit about me, I have been a registered nurse for past 7 years having worked in Critical Care before moving into the professional education team. I am really passionate about the development of our teams and colleagues and feel that apprenticeships offer a fantastic opportunity to learn and achieve a qualification on the job whilst working. I am an apprentice myself and am currently studying the Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant Partner.
I want to join the South East Ambassador Network to share opportunities and inspire the workforce of the future to consider apprenticeships.
