I am an apprentice coordinator for my company. I ensure apprentices complete on the job training and off the job training recording the time they are doing this. I also ensure they complete and demonstrate Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour to enable them to complete their apprenticeship.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
Apprentices are the future and I want to ensure they complete their apprenticeship and give them guidance during the years. I would like to gain knowledge from other ambassadors as there is a lot to know about apprenticeships.
