My background is within the field of Education with a BA(Hons) degree in KS2 / KS3 Education with Qualified Teacher Status. I have been an active member of the RSPCA’s Apprenticeships Team following the introduction of apprenticeship opportunities in 2017. I have on-boarded and supported hundreds of upskilling and recruited apprentices across all sectors of the RSPCA and across a wide range of apprenticeship programmes ranging from Level 2 to Level 7. In order to gain a first hand perspective of apprenticeship training, I completed the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager standard.
