Tell us about your current role:
My role involves managing the apprenticeship scheme, work experience scheme and undergraduate/graduate schemes at Niftylift. I also take care of all of the school outreach that the company does.
Tell us why you joined the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network:
I joined the network to help promote the apprenticeship route to schools in my local area and to network with like-minded people to understand how their businesses encourage apprenticeship uptake. I feel by being able to network and see how others approach their apprenticeship schemes and how they run them will help me continuously improve our apprenticeship scheme.
