TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I currently work within Early Careers, supporting employer-provider relationships and working closely with external training providers within the finance sector to help deliver development programmes and talent pathways. We are also looking to expand the early careers offering further by introducing internship and graduate opportunities to help build a strong future talent pipeline.
