I am an Early Careers Partner at Southern Water. I love my job and the key elements of it. Attracting early talent to the range of apprenticeships we offer as a company. Helping the apprentices grow as individuals throughout their journeys within Southern Water. Then enabling our apprentices to progress in to permanent roles within the company. I love everything about apprenticeships and the great opportunities they provide for those at the start of their careers, along with those who want to develop themselves internally along their chosen career paths.
