Rob’s current role at Bluecube is Head of Talent & Development where his primary responsibility is managing and overseeing the Bluecube Apprenticeship Academy. Bluecube have over 30 Apprentices in training at the moment and see apprenticeships as a vital part in helping the company to grow.
Rob has been in the IT industry for over 40 years now, with experience working in MSP’s, software houses, manufacturers and internal company support. Rob has worked in a variety of technical roles himself, including Service Desk, Field Engineering and for the past 25 years in managerial roles.
