I’ve worked in the rail industry for 13 year and have had the opportunity to cover roles in various departments, getting a good overview of the business and industry. Since 2017 I have been looking after apprenticeships, developing the strategy as well supporting the team and learners throughout their journeys. Working closely with the training team we deliver apprenticeships internally across the organisation including 350 Train Drivers and Conductors as well as outsourcing 70 apprenticeships, including Engineers and Financing. We now have over 400 colleagues on programme and are constantly looking for ways to further develop and enhance our programmes.
