I’m a Director of Dennis and Sons construction and maintenance limited. I take care of the workers needs, payroll , mental health , provide uniform, deal with ordering tools, materials. Overall, the general running of the business.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I belong to a fellowship that is linked to addiction. The boys that we took on were from families of recovering addicts. I also belong to a church group that talk about young people and how hard it is to find work/ apprenticeships. I think after 30 years of running my own business and bringing up 4 boys I may have some experience in helping young adults get in to the work place.
