TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I am the Learning and Apprenticeship Manager for my organisation. I lead on apprenticeships and Business Management T-Levels. My role is to offer career development opportunities to our current workforce, newly employed substantive staff and apprentices. Part of my role includes, offering advice, guidance and pastoral support throughout their learning journey. I am an advocate for apprenticeships, I am also very passionate about developing our current workforce, whilst also nurturing and growing our future workforce. I am a Freedom to Speak up Champion, and a trained Mediator, helping others is a fundamental part of who I am.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I am currently working collaboratively with other organisations and colleagues across Kent and Medway, sharing best practice and knowledge. Joining the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network will widen this scope of work.
