I am the lead for MASA, a strategic membership made of large employers, learning providers and awarding bodies – promoting social mobility, diversity, inclusion and equity in apprenticeships & skills space through good practice and promotion of annual Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I’ve associated with apprenticeships and skills system for many years; through my association with Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards, as a brand advocate, and head judge for MCA for past three years.
In all of my previous roles, I have always advocated apprenticeship pathways and highlighted benefits to SMEs. Advising large employers with under utilised unspent levy funds to levy pledge to help small employers; before the onset of reforms and change! Support apprentices on their journeys through events and MCA activities.
