Hi! I’m Faye, a previous apprentice, now HR Advisor here at MCFT. Our apprentices at MCFT, champion the route of apprenticeships and are all like-minded individuals who have chosen the rewarding route to earn as you learn. We champion our next apprentice colleagues right from the recruitment stages, taking the time to meet the team and share our experiences and sharing lunch and learn sessions right through to collaboratively forming working groups. The success of our apprenticeship programme comes from the continuous growth and learning and development opportunity. We each have our own unique pathway experiences and journeys to share.
