TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
As the Apprenticeship Lead at the RNLI, I manage a cohort of 80 apprentices. This is a mixture of direct entry apprentices and internal staff upskilling. These apprenticeship cover various disciplines, ensuring all apprentices receive high-quality training and support throughout their programmes. I work closely with training providers and line managers to oversee their development, progress, and overall experience.
In addition to apprenticeship management, I also lead the work experience programme, coordinating placements to provide valuable hands-on learning opportunities for young people interested in a work experience placement within different areas of the business.
