As Apprenticeship Compliance Manager, Keeley is responsible for ensuring that all the apprenticeship standards South Western Railway offers are delivered to a high standard, our apprentices are well supported and each apprenticeship standard is suited to the individual’s development needs.
Our apprenticeship programme has been enhanced and improved over the last 12-months and we now offer training across 52 apprenticeship standards and are looking to increase still further.
I chose to join the South East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network to share our experiences, support others and spread the word about the benefits of apprenticeship.
