TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I currently support appentices across 13 nurseries. This involves building a network of support for them, allowing time to help and guide each other and carrying out one to one’s so we can look at where each learner might need support so they can progress in work.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I wanted to be a part of the network as there is a huge lack of qualified staff in the childcare industry and apprenticeships can help with this issue. By joining the network I can support and assist people to gain qualifications which will enhance practice and also support the growing needs of working families.
