Trevor is an apprenticeship Development Manager for Hampshire County Council, leading on the corporate apprenticeship programme for council departments. Trevor works in the apprenticeship team alongside Claire Allen, apprenticeship Development Manager for Hampshire Schools and Stacey Allan, Apprenticeship Adviser.
The team is responsible for growing the apprenticeship programme, providing expertise and practical support for leaders, managers, staff and apprentices, across a diverse and vast range of apprenticeship areas and specialisms. Day to day activities include end to end commissioning and contract management of apprenticeship training provision, marketing and communication, running events and celebrations, planning and delivering on corporate strategic objectives, and working alongside networks and stakeholders.
The energetic team prides itself on its skilled and responsive communications, and dedication to people at all levels of the organisation, to help and support them with everything from simple apprenticeship questions to developing partnership work for cross organisation and council programmes.
