TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
As a UK Apprenticeship Lead I manage the UK Apprenticeships Programme and the Apprenticeship Levy for CooperVision in the UK (across all sites and functions). I partner with CooperVision Leadership, HR and Senior Managers in the UK and provide advise and guidance on how to maximise the use of UK Apprenticeship Levy for new and existing hires. I am the subject matter expert and point of contact for all apprenticeships related matters within CooperVision in the UK, such as providing advice and guidance on Apprenticeship frameworks, selection and recruitment of apprentices, selecting and partnering with Apprenticeship providers, and managing the Levy account. Additionally, provide on-going guidance and support to Apprentices, Line Managers, and uphold apprenticeship standards across the business by ensuring all parties are following the end-to-end Apprenticeship process.
