Why did you decide to do an apprenticeship?
I chose to do an apprenticeship because I like the more practical side of learning and enjoy hands-on tasks.

My experience as an apprentice so far has been very positive as every day i am becoming a more skilled worker as i am learning how to do things in a fast but accurate way.
How has your Apprenticeship helped you progress in your career?
My apprenticeship has helped me in my career because I am learning how to do things in the way that a classroom cannot teach as there is a physical feel to what is happening.
What do you feel are the advantages of doing an apprenticeship over other training or education?
I think the advantages of an apprenticeship are that you will get taught skills at an early stage. You are readied for adult life when in a full-time job and you are getting paid to learn to do something that you want in a career.
