I joined the upskilling programme within SWR. This programme I am undertaking is allowing me to develop skills within L&D whilst carrying out my day to day activites.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP ROLE:

My role as Senior Learning & Development Manager at SWR presented an opportunity to undertake the Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant business partner standard. I look after the apprenticeship team and customer experience training with SWR, allowing me to support colleagues on their learning journeys.

TELL US WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE AMBASSADOR:

I wanted to become an ambassador to expand my network of influence and support apprentices across the UK in addition to those I support within SWR.
