TELL US HOW YOU FIRST BECAME AN APPRENTICE:

I had already had several different jobs before starting my apprenticeship, and I knew that I enjoyed working and being part of a team. However, I was worried about committing myself to one career without knowing exactly what I wanted to do. An apprenticeship appealed to me because I could continue working while also learning and developing new skills.
I initially started a Business apprenticeship, which gave me a good foundation and helped me progress at work. Since then, I have been promoted to a Production Supervisor, and I am now completing a Data Analyst apprenticeship because I want to build on my experience and develop skills that I can use in my current role and future career.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP ROLE:

I currently work as a Production Supervisor at Kelsey Media, where I oversee the production workflow across multiple magazine publications. I manage schedules and workloads, make sure deadlines are met, resolve issues and support the production team. Alongside this, I am completing a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship, where I am learning how to use data to identify problems, improve processes and make better decisions within my workplace.

TELL US WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE AMBASSADOR:

I want to become an apprentice ambassador because I have experienced first-hand how an apprenticeship can help you develop while still working. I was unsure what career I wanted to commit to, but being able to learn alongside my job gave me the opportunity to build my skills and progress into a supervisor role. I would like to share my experience with others and show them what an apprenticeship can lead to.
