TELL US HOW YOU FIRST BECAME AN APPRENTICE:

I became an apprentice since I wasn’t satisfied with the education model offered by traditional undergrad degrees. After A-Levels I took a year out of education to work, save money and evaluate my options. I found a programme that suited me in my desired field (law) and applied.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP ROLE:

As a paralegal apprentice, I work on caseloads in fee-earning legal teams within the organisation. I am entrusted with the similar responsibilities to the paralegals throughout the firm. Every 6 months I move to a different seat in the business, and after 2 years of this I will progress onto the level 7 solicitor apprenticeship.

TELL US WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE AMBASSADOR:

I am passionate about apprenticeships. I believe that they are the future of further education, and make further education accessible to people of all backgrounds. As apprentices we owe it to future cohorts to raise awareness of alternative vocational pathways and degree apprenticeships.
