TELL US HOW YOU FIRST BECAME AN APPRENTICE:
I first became aware of the apprenticeship opportunities through the company I work for, Care UK. I researched the different programmes available to understand which one would best support my career goals and personal development. After comparing the options, I decided that the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship was the best fit for me as it aligns with my current role as a Receptionist/ Administrator.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP ROLE:
I am a Receptionist/ Administrator in a purpose-built care home which offers residential, nursing and dementia care.
TELL US WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE AMBASSADOR:
I want to become an Apprentice Ambassador because it is an opportunity to support and encourage others while continuing to develop my own skills. Becoming an ambassador would also help me build my confidence, improve my communication and leadership skills, and enhance my CV by demonstrating that I have taken on additional responsibility outside of my day-to-day role.
