Why did you decide to enrol on an Apprenticeship? The main reason I decided to do an Apprenticeship is to learn on the job and get paid.
The workload has been much more diverse than I could have imagined.I have loved every minute of it and the team have been so supportive. I also think there are great career prospects to come out of it when I complete.
You get experience, a wage, paid holidays and don’t land yourself in any debt.Working on the job is definitely better than learning in a classroom.
Furthermore the 1:1 support you get on an Apprenticeship is fantastic and this allows you to further develop skills sets and business knowledge.
