I have worked in Amazon for about five years now and last year I decided to apply for this apprenticeship programme. Amazon HR send me emails about the opportunity and I just followed the process online. The recruiting steps are: Online application; Telephone Interview; Initial Assessment in English and Maths; Offer; Onboarding process; Start.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP ROLE:
In Amazon I am an Sustainability Ambassador, Apprentice and FC Warehouse Associate. I am also an active member in Royal Photographic Society (RPS – 0078640). As a photographer I mainly perform Wildlife Photography using a Sony a9 digital camera.
TELL US WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME AN APPRENTICE AMBASSADOR:
I want to inspire more people taking this step and not spend so long in a corporate company without seeking upskill opportunities. I want to inspire others, If is possible at 30, it is possible much earlier.
