I work within the L&D team at RBC and my role is to manage the apprenticeship levy, to encourage managers to recruit to new apprentice roles and to use the levy to upskill their staff. I also run our work experience programme. I work closely with my colleagues in the other Berkshire LA’s and Gemma at Wokingham recommended the network.
