Leading the apprenticeships programme, including career development apprenticeships and career starter apprenticeship annual programme. Leading the approach and process for levy transfer working with Business Surrey and Surrey Education Services to promote apprenticeships and levy transfer. Managing our graduate programme. Implementing career development interventions such as coaching, mentoring, careers guidance and support.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I already help to advocate apprenticeships across my organisation and by offering support to Surrey Businesses and Schools to advise them how to access the apprenticeship levy. I am passionate about apprenticeships for young people and interested in what the government reforms and skills England will mean for apprenticeships in the future. I think it would be beneficial to be part of this network to work through some of the changes together and share experiences and ideas.
