I’m a HR Business Partner for Engineering in my company. I provide legal advice and management for our Research & Development department. I also manage our Outreach Programme and Apprentice Recruitment.

To push apprenticeships in the local area. Most local schools push degrees to the more academic students and level 3/4 to the less academic. Most degree capable students also want to leave Weymouth.
