TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I directly line manage engineering apprentices who are on our rotational apprenticeship programme. I also provide pastoral support for these and other apprentices. I am involved in the recruitment, onboarding and support of apprentices throughout their apprenticeship as well as outreach to local schools and colleges promoting our apprenticeship programme.

To promote the STFC Apprenticeship scheme wider in my area but also draw on the experiences and knowledge of others working in the same field.
