David has worked in work based Apprenticeships for 12 years and has always been involved in hospitality in his various roles through his career. He currently works for Shepherd Neame where he is using the levy to embed a career pathway and the benefits of apprenticeship training within the estate. Apprentices & Apprenticeships are a key part of the staff development & career strategy at Shepherd Neame as the company move forward.
David was an apprentice at the age of 16 and has never looked back, he has completed the 360 of the world of Apprenticeships and looks to reinvest his skills and knowledge into the business to keep the line of talent coming through the company and industry.
