My role as an apprentice lead means that my responsibilities include overseeing all programmes, ensuring compliance with NHS standards, mentoring apprentices and facilitating professional development within the NHS trust. This also includes managing the levy account and the procurement process.
I have a passion for supporting and promoting apprenticeship opportunities across all sectors and feel that this will enable me to network with fellow ambassadors allowing for collaboration on initiatives. This would also support my advocation for the value of apprenticeships in shaping the future workforce.
