TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
My role is to lead on anything and everything apprenticeships, from recruitment to upskilling existing staff. I source providers to deliver the apprenticeships, deal with the digital account for the levy spend for reporting purposes. I also run the apprenticeship academy at Medway Council, which is a network for our apprentices in apprenticeship posts, those new to work to help them grow and develop as a professional and hopefully retain them within the organisation

As my role is so heavily involved with apprenticeships, it made sense for me to join the network and connect with similar professions.
