TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I joined West Berkshire Council to support Early Careers, with a key part of my role focused on assisting staff with apprenticeships. I collaborate closely with employees and their managers to identify the most suitable apprenticeship programme to support their professional development. Along with maintaining strong relationships with providers, to ensure our apprentices receive an excellent service and support. Additionally, I attend school careers fairs within West Berkshire to raise awareness of career opportunities within the Council and promote apprenticeships as a pathway for continuous growth and development.

I joined SEAAN to become part of a community dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of apprenticeships. A community that shares up-to-date information and experiences, helping to enhance the delivery and support of apprenticeship programmes.
