Cathy supports more than 180 apprentices her company has in learning, ensuring they are receiving everything they need to complete their qualifications. She also supports the business to secure a steady pipeline of incoming apprentices so that we may ‘grow our own’ workforce to help with retention of staff.
Cathy is also a mum to three boys, two of which took the apprenticeship route when they left school. I am passionate to share my experience of apprenticeships and how they can create opportunities for everyone involved.
