I am a nursery manager and I have managed for around 10 years now, I wanted to join the network as I am passionate about everyone having the opportunity to learn as they work as I did when I first started in my role as an unqualified nursery nurse. I did not believe I was capable of going to university, and my style of learning suited working and learning as worked and gained experience. I want to be an advocate to encourage others to do the same and support them as much as I can for them to reach their potential.
