TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I work as an HR Business Partner for the Titchfield Eaton site. We have a lot of apprentices onsite, and are looking to invest in more and more apprentices in the future. As part of my role, looking after our apprentices and improving their experience with us falls under my remit.
