TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
My role started in January 2024, prior to this I worked as a Learning and Development Advisor in Southern Co-op for 2.5 years. My previous work had been as an Apprenticeship Manager in Further Education and my experience for many years has been Apprenticeships. I have enjoyed viewing Apprenticeships from a new angle. In the last year I have researched our current provision and have made recommendations and a clear action plan to embedding Apprenticeships into the fabric of our 150-year-old organisation.
