TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT ROLE:
I am an Office Manager, reporting to the Operations Director. My main duties involve administration support to all departments and senior management, as well as being responsible for facilities. I have 2 direct reports and am also a mentor for other employees who are completing their Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
TELL US WHY YOU JOINED THE APPRENTICESHIP AMBASSADOR NETWORK:
I am a big advocate for apprenticeships, which allow the individual to learn and develop whilst in the workplace. Encouraging that development should be available to and for all job levels and career stages, and it is important to ensure skilled employees enter the workplace and feel able to progress.
