I am part of the Apprenticeship Team at the Isle of Wight Council. Managing our apprenticeship programmes on a day to day basis and promoting apprenticeships to our managers.

I would like to help to promote apprentices as a viable option in the post-16 education arena and encourage people to think of apprenticeship as a way to change careers and upskill.
